How long does delivery take? For in-stock items we aim to dispatch same day via DPD 24hour service (subject to order size). For non-stock or custom items, lead times vary - we’ll confirm when you place the order.

What are our delivery charges? Orders over £100 (UK) qualify for free standard next day delivery. Under £100, shipping starts from £8.50. For international deliveries, rates begin from £23.50 depending on country and weight.

What does “free standard delivery on orders £100 and over” mean?It means for UK orders with a subtotal ≥ £100 (before VAT and discounts),we’ll waive the standard delivery fee. 

Do we ship internationally? Yes - we deliver to 38 countries (and possibly more). International orders may be subject to customs, duties, or additional taxes, depending on local regulations, these would need to be paid to the currier before they release the goods.

How can I track my order? Once your order ships, you’ll receive an confirmation email and a text message from DPD with your tracking details and on day of delivery a further text with one hour delivery window (UK deliveries).

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it? We will always accommodate changes, but once the order is in our dispatch system it may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.
