Does your business have multiple staff members, buyers, or accounts payable team members who need access to our website?
We allow companies to have multiple unique email logins assigned to a single corporate account. This ensures that different members of your team can independently log in, see your specific trade nett pricing, browse products, and place or track orders on behalf of the company.
How to request an additional team login
To maintain strict security and ensure new users are correctly linked to your specific Sage account, new logins must be authorised and set up manually by our team.
The request must be emailed to us by an existing authorised user or account holder on the company profile.

- 📝 Information required for the new user:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address (The specific email they will use to log in)
- Assigned Company Name
Once we receive your email, our sales team will create the new profile and link it directly to your company's master account.
The new user will then receive an automated email containing a secure link to set up their password. Once completed, they will instantly have full access to your company’s contract pricing, order history, and saved delivery addresses!
